Learn about our consignment process

Wondering what to expect when you bring your new or gently-used items to our consignment shop? The following is our standard process:

• We’ll start with an item inspection
• If accepted, we’ll set a price and place your item out for sale
• We’ll hold your item for 60 days in total
• If it hasn’t sold after 30 days, we’ll discount the price
• When your item sells, you’ll get 40% of the sale price
• If it doesn’t sell after 60 days, you can pick it up or have us donate it
